Our Story
2015
The Vascular & Interventional Centre began as a small specialist practice, focusing on providing vascular care. We opened our first clinic at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in 2015.
2017
VIC expanded with our second clinic at Farrer Park Hospital.
2019
With the availability of advanced interventional technologies, and our assessment that the majority of vascular cases could be done as day surgery cases, we went ahead to look for a suitable location to build a hybrid operating theatre for our growing practice.
2021-2022
VIC started to expand its services to include Men’s & Women’s Health. In addition, we started a laser service and also expanded our wound care service to better serve our patients. Year on year, we continue to increase the number of cases we do at our centre.
2023
We welcomed our second vascular surgeon, Dr Chen Min Qi, who joined our practice in 2023.
Our Facility
Our Day Centre at VIC is the latest concept by our group and is the only one of its kind in Singapore. Located at Novena Specialist Centre and launched in
April 2020, we provide a one-stop location where patients can be seen by our Specialists, undergo diagnostic tests, and undergo minimally invasive
endovascular or interventional procedures, without the need for hospital admission.
